Right at Home Oxford is proud to be rated Outstanding by the CQC. That rating belongs to our care and office teams, who help older adults and vulnerable people live safely, independently and happily in their own homes.
We're now looking for a strong manager and an inspiring leader to guide that team into its next chapter. You'll set the tone, bring out the best in people and lead by example, keeping our Outstanding standards high while taking the business on to new levels of growth.

The leader we're looking for
You're a manager people trust and a leader they're motivated by. You're professional in everything you do, disciplined in how you run the service, and consistent in the standards you set and the way you treat people. Your team always knows where they stand with you. You're visible and approachable, and you hold high standards without losing warmth. You coach and develop your team, celebrate their successes and tackle challenges head-on. You're also commercially minded, comfortable with targets, and excited by the idea of growing a service without compromising on quality.
What you'll do
Lead, motivate and inspire the care and office teams, creating a culture where people feel valued, supported and proud of their work.
Set clear expectations and apply them fairly and consistently across the whole team.
Coach and develop your team through training, induction, supervision and ongoing professional development.
Lead recruitment and retention of Care Assistants, building a stable, skilled and committed workforce.
Maintain and build on our Outstanding CQC rating through strong compliance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Oversee rotas to make sure every care call is covered reliably.
Carry out client reviews, audits, surveys, risk assessments and support plans.
Keep staff and clients safe through robust health and safety practice.
Review processes and introduce improvements that make a real difference.
Drive sustainable business growth in line with company targets, and report KPIs and performance to the Directors.
Take part in the on-call rota.
What you'll bring
Proven leadership and management experience in the care sector, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
A professional, disciplined and consistent approach, with the organisation and attention to detail to keep standards high every day.
NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or working towards it.
A strong understanding of CQC requirements, especially what it takes to achieve and maintain Outstanding.
Excellent people skills: you communicate clearly, handle difficult conversations well and get the best out of others.
Commercial awareness and a business development mindset.
Full right to work in the UK.
A full UK/EU driving licence.
